Responsibilities:
• Financial modeling: creation and modification of financial models for new and existing enterprises, including but not limited to P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements.
• Financial analysis: analysis of historical data and related business sector, with market tendency research;
• Reporting: Preparing progress reports and making informed recommendations on investment opportunities of a project/business that could potentially diversify AP portfolio.
• Portfolio Management Process:
1. Planning: Defining investment objectives, risk tolerance, and constraints.
2. Analysis: Conducting thorough research and analysis of investment opportunities.
3. Implementation: Constructing and executing the investment portfolio.
4. Monitoring: Regularly reviewing portfolio performance and making adjustments as needed.
5. Review: Periodically assessing the overall portfolio strategy and making adjustments based on market conditions and investment goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance, investment, accounting or related discipline;
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including corporate/project finance;
• Proven working experience (minimum 5 years) with small and medium investments;
• Ability to develop, analyze and evaluate complex financial models;
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines proactively in a solutions-based manner;
• Entrepreneurial attitude or experience of running your own business;
• Advanced communication skills with a professional disciplined performance;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fluent speaker of Tajik and Russian languages. Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
