Role Description:

Virtual Accelerate - is an innovative virtual acceleration platform aimed at supporting startups and innovative entrepreneurs in Tajikistan. The platform provides a comprehensive digital environment where early-stage businesses can access tailored mentorship, training resources, networking opportunities, and guidance from industry experts.

The VA Assistant will play a key role in coordinating and supporting AP’s virtual acceleration activities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, communicative, and tech-savvy individual capable of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. He/She will be responsible for managing and updating all information related to AP’s incubation and acceleration programs, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. This role involves close collaboration with all AP staff, supporting reporting processes, and maintaining digital records of program activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the Virtual Acceleration Program (VAP)
  • Enter beneficiary data and track their progress on the platform
  • Provide support to beneficiaries and mentors, resolving platform-related issues
  • Report any technical issues to the IT team and follow up until resolved
  • Sort, clean, and export data for internal team use
  • Prepare documents for cohorts (forms, attendance sheets, official acts)
  • Assist in the organization and execution of bootcamps

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Must-Have:

  • Experience working with online platforms and databases
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in acceleration or educational programs
  • Basic technical skills (form creation, platform usage)
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or above
